By maintaining your pieces in good condition, you not only extend their lifespan but also preserve their second-hand value. Whether you choose to keep it forever or pass it on to a new owner, a well-cared-for product ensures that great design stays in circulation and out of landfills.

Phone cases & Watchbands

• The Routine: Use a soft, lint-free cloth with lukewarm water and a drop of mild soap. This removes skin oils and prevents the material from becoming "shiny" over time.
• Color Protection: To prevent dye transfer (especially on lighter shades), avoid contact with dark denim or unwashed fabrics.
• Stay Cool: Avoid extreme heat sources, as prolonged exposure can affect the flexibility of the material.

Cords, Straps & Watchbands

• Spot Clean: For small stains, use a soft cloth with mild detergent and water. Gently dab the area rather than rubbing, which can cause the fibers to pill.
• Refresh: If your cord gets damp from rain or sweat, hang it to air dry completely before your next use.
• Avoid Snags: Keep woven cords away from Velcro or sharp metal edges to maintain the smooth, high-quality weave of the recycled fibers.

• Gentle Cleaning: Wipe with a damp cloth. Never use harsh chemicals or alcohol-based cleaners, as these can strip the protective top layer and cause the PU to crack.
• Dry & Airy: If your PU product gets wet, let it air dry at room temperature. Avoid heaters or hair dryers, which can warp the material.
• Storage: When not in use, store your bags or cases in a dust bag to preserve the material’s texture for the next user.

All products containing metal components

• Moisture Control: Hardware thrives when kept dry. If exposed to water, salt, or sweat, wipe it down immediately with a dry microfiber cloth to prevent oxidation.
• Avoid Friction: To keep the plating looking brilliant, minimize contact with abrasive surfaces or sharp objects like keys that can scratch the finish.
